2. Communal Maintenance
For any communal maintenance issues please complete our maintenance request form via the platform. We recommend reviewing the resident noticeboard to see if this issue has already been reported by a neighbour.

3. Out of Hours Emergencies
Out of hours assistance is available and should be contacted by you directly from 5pm to 8am daily or 24 hours on public holidays. Please note, this service should only be contacted in the case of a real emergency that cannot wait until the next working day (i.e. Monday to Friday).
