Welcome to your Home Working Hub

We understand the lines between work and home are blurring even further.  Fast forward to our communities where you can work from home in our home-working hub along side like-minded individuals. With access to co-working desks with plenty of power points and high-speed Wi-Fi the space will really become home working away from home. 

Terms of use for the Home Working Hub

There’s lots of social space and workspaces in our co-working space that we hope you’ll use and enjoy

Here’s a quick start guide to using the space before you get going:

Quick start guide:

  • The Home Working Hub is available for all registered residents who have read The House Rules
  • The Home Working Hub is for relaxation and enjoyment of all residents on a bookable basis – Please book on the resident app
  • The Home Working Hub opens Monday to Friday 02:00 to 22:00
  • There is strictly no smoking permitted in the Home Working Hub
  • Residents can bring up to two guests to the Home Working Hub at any one time (must from the same household during Covid-19) – please check in with the Customer Service team on arrival. 
  • Guests must always be accompanied by a resident  
  • Any equipment within the Home Working Hub should be operated by a member of the team and we’re happy to help so please speak to Customer Service team if any adjustments are needed 
  • In the event of a fire emergency – please exit the room, enter the lift lobby on your right-hand side and press the red manual call point located on the wall opposite the lift. Walk out of the building and down the stairwell to the Assembly point on Denburn pavement
  • The first aid box can be found in the Home Working Hub on the wall by the left hand side of the entrance door
  • The Home Working Hub is not licensed so no alcohol to be consumed 
  • Food and soft drinks are permitted in the Home Working Hub, but please don’t leave any rubbish behind you and if you have any spillages please tell us right away so we can help
  • To get connected to Wi-Fi please search ‘The Point Public WiFi’ and the password is ‘River7458’
  • The music system is a set of Sonos speakers which will be installed soon
  • The TV remote is attached to a curly cable which is attached to the TV
