The £250 will show as a credit on your resident app account in the month after the referee takes up a new tenancy. Tenants who apply to rent a property via this referral scheme will be required to undergo our standard referencing process and to fulfil our referencing criteria. This fee is not payable to either party if the referred tenancy does not proceed for any reason. The fee is not payable to referees who are sourcing a replacement tenant to take over an existing tenancy, nor is the replacement tenant entitled to the fee.
