Did you know we offer residents a cash reward for referring a friend to live with us.

 

Refer your friend and for every successful move in, you and your friend will both receive £250 in app credits as a thank you. 

 *Referee offer terms must meet minimum price requirements. Tenancy must be for a minimum of 12 months. One £250 referral fee per application only. Referral fee is repayable by referee should the tenancy terminate early for any reason. Reservation fee must be received on date of offer acceptance. Subject to contract, references and initial monies prior to tenancy commencement. £250 will be applied to both the referee and referrer’s tenancy accounts upon completion of all tenancy-related paperwork and receipt of initial monies in full. Tenancy commencement must be on or before the 31st of August 2020. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
